Aye, I be a scotty girl and I wanted to bring a wee bit o me heritage to these southern hills!

All fun aside, these are outstanding animals unlike any other cattle here. They eat brambles and clear the woods. They calf in deep cold and easily. Their meat is amazing. They are incredibly sweet and gentle, even our bull who loves his head scratched. But most obvious is they are just stunning animals with their long thick coats and magnificient horns. A cup a coffee and shaggy moo out the window in the field is a great way to start the morning.
